Treasury Payments Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Treasury Payments Analyst with 5+ years of experience in similar roles to join our Treasury team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely execution of payment operations and maintaining liquidity across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of payment systems, particularly S/4HANA and SAP, and be comfortable interacting with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of payment operations across the organization.
• Manage weekly cash flow forecasts, monitor operational account liquidity, and ensure payments are processed on schedule.
• Handle bank statement reprocessing in S/4HANA and SAP systems.
• Support implementation of system improvements and automation projects to enhance treasury operations.
• Maintain and administer the corporate credit card program.
• Manage bank guarantees and associated documentation.
• Respond to audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and policies.
• Collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to resolve payment-related issues.
• Support other treasury-related projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, finance operations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA and SAP.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to take a proactive approach to solving operational issues.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments.
• Familiarity with treasury system upgrades or process automation initiatives.
