Treasury Payments Analyst
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Treasury Payments Analyst with 5+ years of experience in similar roles to join our Treasury team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely execution of payment operations and maintaining liquidity across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of payment systems, particularly S/4HANA and SAP, and be comfortable interacting with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of payment operations across the organization.
- Manage weekly cash flow forecasts, monitor operational account liquidity, and ensure payments are processed on schedule.
- Handle bank statement reprocessing in S/4HANA and SAP systems.
- Support implementation of system improvements and automation projects to enhance treasury operations.
- Maintain and administer the corporate credit card program.
- Manage bank guarantees and associated documentation.
- Respond to audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to resolve payment-related issues.
- Support other treasury-related projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, finance operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA and SAP.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to take a proactive approach to solving operational issues.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and audit compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments.
- Familiarity with treasury system upgrades or process automation initiatives.
