Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
As an SAP SuccessFactors IT Business Analyst you work in a team of highly skilled Business Cloud Application specialists. The Business Cloud Management team is responsible for solutions such as SAP S4 Hana Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, SAP Business Technology Platform, Service Now, RPA and more. The Business Cloud Management team already has one SAP SuccessFactors IT Business Analyst who you'll be closely working alongside supporting the business, maintaining the SuccessFactors environment and implementing/applying new innovations.
AOC has currently already implemented the SF modules for; EC, Goals & Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning Management, Time Off, Career & Development Planning. However, we are also planning to implement the Onboarding and Recruiting Management module Attract & Acquire shortly.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Ideally 3+ years of SAP Success Factors experience with 8-10 years overall as an IT Analyst.
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer science, Business informatics, Human Resource Management or other related area.
- Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job responsibilities as outlined
- Ability to deliver quality work on time
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, be a quick study, able to learn, retain and teach others new technology as it is introduced in the industry; and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies and standard business etiquette
- You have good understanding HR business processes
- You have 3+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- You are a team player
- You speak the language of HR Business
- You have good understanding HR business processes
- You have 3+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- You identify and implement opportunities for improvement in processes, procedures, and systems within HR
- You can lead workshops
