General Profile

As a Business Analyst specializing in automation, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end digital transformation across the organization. Leveraging your expertise in Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI, you will design and implement fully automated solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making. Your responsibilities will include building intelligent bots, integrating Microsoft 365 services, and applying scripting and basic coding skills to deliver scalable, user-centric automation.

  1. Technical Skills and Coding
  1. Design and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents), SharePoint, and Teams
  2. Support the development of custom apps and forms using Power Apps, integrated with SharePoint, Teams, and M365.
  3. Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline supply chain tasks
  4. Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand current pain points and identify automation opportunities.
  5. Support digital reporting dashboards and notifications using Teams, and Power BI integrations.
  6. Maintain and improve SharePoint-based document repositories, workflows, and approval chains.
  7. Monitor performance of automation flows and resolve any issues proactively.
  8. Document all solutions and ensure proper user training and support.

 

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting
  1. Gather, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  2. Generate and automate reports to streamline data management processes.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.

  1. Utilize SAP to extract, process, and analyze data to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  3. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.

 

  1. Stakeholder Communication
  1. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  2. Work closely with IT to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

  • Degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in MS 365 tools (PL-100/200/etc.), Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or related areas.

 

Experience

  • Proven experience with MS Power Apps including PowerAutomate, PowerBI, MS Access, SAP S4/HANA, and ARIBA.
  • Basic coding skills (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python) and understanding of database management.

 

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Experience in creating complex reports and dashboards in PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with various SAP modules with focus on Supply Chain and Business Warehouse

 

Analytical Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.

 

Communication

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.
