Goal

Provide professional supply chain services to AOC and Saudi Aramco, and assure on-time delivery of materials and services, within specifications, at the lowest overall cost, whilst promoting local content.

General Profile

As a Business Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making processes. Your proficiency in PowerBI, MS Access, basic coding skills, and SAP will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders across the organization.

Functional Specific Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


1.    Data Analysis and Reporting


a)    Gather, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
b)    Generate and automate reports to streamline data management processes.
c)    Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.

2.    Business Intelligence


a)    Utilize SAP to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support operational and strategic initiatives.
b)    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
c)    Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.

3.    Technical Skills and Coding


a)    Apply basic coding skills (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python, MS Power Apps) to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data analysis processes, and improve efficiency.
b)    In-depth knowledge of SAP (MM and LE modules) S4Hana and Business Warehouse.
c)    Able to work with add-ons to SAP, e.g. Winnshuttle, GuiXT.
d)    Maintain and optimize databases to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

4.    Process Improvement


a)    Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and recommend solutions.
b)    Develop and document business requirements, system designs, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

5.    Stakeholder Communication


a)    Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
b)    Work closely with IT to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications


Education
•    Degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology or a related field.
•    Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or related areas.

Experience
•    3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
•    Proven experience with MS Power Apps including PowerBI, MS Access, and SAP.
•    SAP education on S4H environments
•    Basic coding skills (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python) and understanding of database management.

Technical Proficiency
•    Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
•    Experience in creating complex reports and dashboards in PowerBI.
•    Familiarity with various SAP modules with focus on Supply Chain and Business Warehouse

Analytical Skills
•    Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
•    Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.

Communication
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.
