Goal

Project Support Administrator (6-Month Contract)

General Profile

Provide administrative and coordination support to the two project teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities, accurate documentation, and timely communication with stakeholders. The role requires a basic understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain Management activities, processes, and stakeholder requirements.

Functional Specific Responsibilities

• Maintain project records, documents, and trackers.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.

• Follow up on project action items and deadlines.

• Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

• Support data collection and information management activities.

• Support procurement and supply chain-related administration, including tracking requests, documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.

• Assist in maintaining procurement records and coordinating information between project teams, procurement, supply chain, finance, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties as required.

• Ensure project files are organized and maintained in accordance with company procedures.

• Provide general administrative support to the project team. 

Functional Specific Requirements

  •  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or project support experience.
  • Basic understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain Management activities, including purchasing, contract administration, supplier coordination, documentation, and approval processes.
  • Previous experience supporting procurement, supply chain, contract management, or project administration activities would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Company General Use

  • Good attention to detail and proactive approach to work.
