Functional Specific Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Mobility- Junior HR Advisor to manage international assignments and relocations for Saudi Aramco personnel and their families across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This role is central to ensuring a seamless and compliant transfer experience, while also supporting broader global mobility operations and HR processes. The position will be an initial 6 month maternity cover, with the possibility of being extended further.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate group project moves and individual international transfers for Saudi Aramco employees and their families.

Liaise with Aramco HR and external vendors to ensure all assignment requirements are met at both the start and end of international postings.

Manage all administrative tasks related to international assignments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Oversee assignment-related payments including expatriate allowances, school fees, medical administration, and expense reports in line with company policy.

Draft employment letters, internal communications, and manage Docusign workflows for assignment documentation.

Streamline and improve mobility processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Support HR operations related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events for international staff.

Advise assignees and management on internal policies, CH8 requirements, and governmental regulations related to international mobility.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with global mobility policies and procedures.

Collaborate with payroll, finance, and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of assignment-related transactions.
Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives within the global mobility function.

Functional Specific Requirements

  • Candidate Profile

    •  Experience supporting international relocations or mobility processes, with exposure to global HR practices.
    •  Basic understanding of global mobility policies and international assignment coordination.
    •  Familiarity with HR processes and interest in contributing to process improvements.
    •  Capable of drafting professional communications and supporting document preparation.
    •  Experience assisting with coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders.
    •  Working knowledge of systems preferred such as SuccessFactors, SAP, ServiceNow,
    •  Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    •  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    •  Good interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn stakeholder engagement.
    •  Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
    •  2 - 4 years of max. work experience.
