BusinessApplications
- Develop solutions for operational problems and install, maintain and enhance (application) systems to support department operations
- Conduct business systems and technology studies within departments to ensure the respect ive business systems and technology fu nction properl y
- Anticipate organizational impacts and impact to other system applicationsfoll owing im plementation of new infor m ation technologies
- Act as a liaison between client area and other AOC andSAO departments by planning, conductingand directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved wi th automated systems
- Collab orat e wit h client, IT colleagues and ot hers to identif y client business application system req uirem ent s, asses impact to other systems applicat ions, consider and evaluate possible solutio ns, and provide recommendations
- Perform high complex enterprise system development activities
- Support division staff with the succesful usage of business systems and overcoming systems issues
- Develop systems using end-user pro gr amming t ools and off er suppor t and advise to end-users
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to how business systems are meeting business requirements
- Provide technical expertise on computer application projects
- Perform or oversee system applications analysis, design, development, installation, maintenance and enhancement.
- Develop or ensure that applications are developed in compliance with architectural standards, established practices and company policies and procedures.
- Act as an internal consultant providing assistance, counsel and advice both to clients and IT colleagues in systems design, the use of purchased or licensed software, and in-house developed programming.
Information Security
- Monitor security audit and intrusion detection system logs for system and network anomalies and provide first level analysis
- Respond to suspicious or malicious events detected through collection or reported by Help Desk or users
- Evaluate firewall change requests and assess organizational risks; Email security monitoring includingImessage iden ti fication , notificat ion searches and analysis requests
- Develop, collect and analyze logs from firewalls, intrusion detection systems, ent erprise anti -virus systems and software deployment tools
- Provide remediation and application event support to IT operations I
- Perform preliminary forensic evaluations of internal systems.
- Provide analysis, design and support for log collection of firewalls, routers, networks and operating systems
- Communicate technical and event assessment results, evaluate integration init iatives and provide support to assess and develop security policies, standards and guidelines
- Identify and address any configuration change that impact event collection
- Prepares briefings and reports of analysis methodology and results.
- Creates and maintains Standard Operating Procedures and other similar documentation.

Business Applications
- Preferably experience withsystems analysis, systems engineering or equivalent
- Competent with SAP (e.g. MM, QM, Fl, BW, HR),Gui XT, Winshuttle, and SharePoint
Inf ormat ion Security
- Preferably experience wit h network, host, data and/or application security in multiple operating system environments
- Working knowledge of general security methodologies, concepts and t erminologies.
- Experience on a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) or Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Experience with Anti-Virus,IntrusionDetectionSystems, Firewalls, Vulnerability Assessment tools and other security tools found in large network environments; along with experience working withSecurity Information and
- Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
- Familiarity with various network and host-based security applications and tools, such as net work an9 host assessment/scanningtools, network and host based intrusion detection systems, and ot her security soft ware
