The Role

We are looking for a junior to mid-level SAPUI5 / BTP Developer to join our IT team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and fellow IT colleagues to design, build, and support SAP solutions that underpin key business processes.

You will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment focused on hands-on development, learning, and continuous improvement within a large enterprise SAP landscape. This is 1‑year contract (extendable) – Project Delta

Functional Specific Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in frontend development using SAPUI5 (Freestyle) and Fiori Elements
• Develop new frontend components integrating with SAP BTP cloud services
• Integrate SAP BTP applications with SAP and non-SAP systems using OData, REST, and SOAP
• Assist in the design and development of SAP customer portal applications
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to secure, high-performing, and scalable application designs
• Optimize application performance and support code quality through reviews and testing
• Manage assigned project tasks and support the resolution of production incidents

Create and maintain technical documentation, including configurations and development guidelines

Functional Specific Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM field
• 3+ years of experience in SAPUI5 / Fiori development
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and CAP
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with integration technologies (OData, REST, SOAP)
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js or Java
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
