General Profile
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Mobility- HR Advisor to manage international assignments and relocations for Saudi Aramco personnel and their families across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This role is central to ensuring a seamless and compliant transfer experience, while also supporting broader global mobility operations and HR processes. The position will be an initial 12 month contract with the possibility of being extended further.
Functional Specific Responsibilities
Job Description
- Handle Group Project moves & Individual transfer of Saudi Aramco personnel and family to Europe, Middle East and Asia for assignment.
- Liaise with Aramco HR & External vendors to ensure compliant transfer of assignees requirements are met both at the start and end of international assignments.
- Handle all associated administrative tasks to ensure complete documentation and requirements for the international assignments are completed timely and in order.
- Handle International assignment payments including activation of expatriate allowances, school fees, expense reports, medical administration within company policy and guidelines.
- Act as single point of contact for assignees and project teams to handle mobilization of Aramco projects to assigned location.
- Advise assignees and management on Governmental and internal policies and procedures regarding international transfers and CH8 policies and requirements. Oversee and coordinate health and benefits support for CH8 assignees, including managing contracts, budget oversight, and liaising with the global medical provider.
- Provide guidance on medical claims, sensitive case handling, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for international healthcare administration.
Candidate Experience:
• Experience in organizing individual and family relocations
• Knowledge of International Global Mobility Policies & related administrative support
• Ability to manage external vendors and stakeholders
• Experience of International assignment management
• Experience with Success Factors, SAP & ServiceNow would be beneficial
• Excellent English, both written and verbally
• Excellent MS office skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to network and maintain professional relationships. 4 - 8 years of work experience max.
