Goal

Working as part of the Total Rewards team within the HR Department for Aramco Europe. The Total Rewards team manages all aspects of Compensation, Benefits and HR Policies for Aramco Europe offices in The Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Italy and Malaysia. Primary focus of this role will be on compensation, including benchmarking, salary programs, fixed and variable pay design, in alignment with Corporate programs. Will also work with together with other Total Rewards colleagues on Benefits and HR Policies. 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop annual salary program, including budget development and calculations.
  • Develop and maintain variable pay programs.
  • Conduct external total rewards benchmarking studies and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Pay Transparency and other legislative requirements.
  • Conduct analysis to ensure the attractiveness and sustainability of Total Rewards programs.
  • Conduct analysis to ensure internal equity is maintained.
  • Develop and maintain attractive Benefits and HR Policies

Candidate Profile Requirements

 

  • Deep knowledge and experience in the area of Compensation benchmarking and design
  • Good knowledge and experience of Benefits and HR Policy management
  • Good understanding of job evaluation methodology
  • Good understanding of Total Rewards requirements and employment legislation in The Netherlands, UK and France is required, Italy and Malaysia is preferable
  • Experience in Total Rewards design with an employee life-cycle lens and multi-generation workforce
  • Up to date on the latest trends in Total Rewards
  • Understanding of labor costs calculations, budgeting and projections

 

Candidate Education, Skills & Personality

 

  • Bachelor degree in relevant field required
  • Certifications related to Total Rewards preferable
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with relevant tools
  • Excellent consultancy skills towards management and employees
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Collaborative and co-creation approach
  • Result oriented, with an eye for detail
