General Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator - 6 month Maternity cover to support our HR processes with accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will manage employee records, facilitate onboarding, handle employment contracts, and ensure smooth communication with candidates and new hires. You will also work with SuccessFactors to maintain HR data and processes.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Onboarding & Employee Integration: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • HR System Management: Maintain and update records in SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Employment Contracts & Documentation: Prepare and send out employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
  • Candidate & Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for candidates and new employees, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Ensure all HR-related documentation and processes are handled with a high level of precision.

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with candidates, employees, and managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
