Job Description
Aramco is a world leader in integrated energy and chemicals. Our offices in Europe support a wide range of activities from facilitating the safe and reliable delivery of energy to customers around the globe, to pushing for breakthroughs in research and innovation. As part of that support, the dynamic HR team in The Hague are looking for and HR Advisor to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with AOC managers to meet the organizations people needs through available HR programs and policies and proactively forecast and deliver against people lifecycle.
- Work with AOC managers to coordinate/conduct (annual) HR programs and activities including, performance management, promotions, development, and support on talent & succession planning and engagement; Support annual business planning in people related topics.
- Coach and advise managers on people related topics & provide case management for employee cases.
- Support workforce planning and support people needs through (internal) recruitment activities, acting and development assignments, IDP development and career coaching.
- Identify trends, commission analysis and (co-)develop solutions to address organization people needs.
- Support people services as needed with regards to complex situations and act as second line contact for questions from employees and managers on HR policies and processes; Participate in people services activities when required.
- Collaborate with People Services and Organization Development to develop HR solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent English and Dutch (spoken and written) is required. French and/or Italian is beneficial Knowledge of Dutch labour law is required. Familiarily of UK, French, Italian and/or Malaysian labour law is beneficial
- Excellent standards of professional conducts and discretion and are detailed oriented, culturally sensitive, flexible and driven
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
