Goal
HR Advisor – Learning & Development
The HR Advisor (Learning & Development) plays a central role in shaping how our employees learn, grow, and stay compliant across Europe. In this position, you will run the engine of our learning operations by managing SAP SuccessFactors LMS end to end—from launching compliance modules to ensuring smooth learner experiences and accurate reporting. You will also support the planning, administration and arrangements for our Corporate Professional and Leadership Learning Programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR, technology, and continuous improvement. You will not only keep our learning programs running flawlessly but also have the opportunity to influence how our compliance training evolves, bringing fresh ideas that improve efficiency, transparency, and overall impact.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Compliance, and the business, becoming the go to expert for learning processes that support both employee development and organisational integrity. General Profile
Key Responsibilities
• LMS Learning Administration: Administer SAP SuccessFactors LMS including item and curriculum setup, course assignments, user support, troubleshooting, deep links, notifications, and coordination with IT/vendors.
• Manage course assignments, registrations, and learning requests, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Drive compliance eLearning administration including launches, tracking, monthly follow up reporting, and data accuracy.
• Maintain learning-related documentation, job aids, SOPs, intranet guidance, and ensure process consistency.
• Experience with managing logistics, administration and support activities related to Learning programs
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong stakeholder management skills when working with HRBPs, IT, Compliance, and business leaders.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple European locations; ability to translate policy into clear, actionable guidance.
• Excellent communication in English (Dutch, French and/or Italian advantageous).
• Proactive, service oriented mindset.
• High level of accuracy, structure, and process discipline.
• Ability to work with shifting priorities and support multiple parallel HR processes.
• Strong problem solving approach and readiness to take ownership of issues until resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Learning Administration, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Excel (Power Query) and Power BI skills.
• Fluent in English
