Goal
Provide a full range of advisory services to AOC and Saudi Aramco in one or more of the assigned Human Reso ur ces areas and per form highly skilled analytical and/o r complex administrative functions to ensure the delivery of high quality HR Services and programs

Key Responsibilities
Functional Specific Responsibilities
Domestic HR
- Advise, coach and counsel AOC managem ent and employees on HR-rel ated queries and issues; at individual level, group level and division level
- Provide r elated collegial support and undertake professional administr ative activities in a variety of functions, including weekly reporting of key HR metr i cs, record management, promotions/ reclassifi cations, Health Managem ent and employee benefits/ award programs
- Function as an HR Business Partner for the assigned Divisions in AOC The Hague and/or the assigned AOC Satellite Offices
- Coordi nate Employee Benefits Administration
- Seek pro -active ly alignment with Business' strategy and objectives and integrate these in execution of tasks

Keep up to date on local labor law issues and advises management on new and/ or revised policies based on local labor law. Guide administrative staff on policy updates

Conduct or supports HR bus i n esspart ner meetings and/or provide specialist input from the area of exper tise
Domesti c Recruitment -
Estab lish recruitm ent procedures for assigned area of responsibility and tr anslates strategy into yearly recrui tment plans (incl. selecting r ecruitm ent sources, -tools, talent attract ion with a focus on em ploy er br anding)

Conduct personal and/or telephone interviews to determine qualifications, adaptability, and availability of candidates

Promot e viable candidates to propon ent organizations and negotiates off er acceptance and target st art dates with candidates

Training and Development & Planning -
Advise AOC management on employee t raining and educational matters

Develop, implemen t, and evaluate formal and on-the-job training programs fo r AOC and subsidiary company employees and/o r Saudi Arab employees of Saudi Aramco

Ensure maintenance of the SAP PMP system

Develop and maintain company succession plans

Internal
- Daily within AOC to provide advice and consultation on assigned IR functions, and to implement policies
