Functional Specific Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate immigration procedure and prepare work permit documentation for Group Project moves & individual transfer of Saudi Aramco personnel and family to Europe, Middle East and Asia for international secondment assignment
- Liaise with Government Authorities and Immigration vendors to ensure compliant visa and immigration requirements are met both at start and end of international assignments
- Handle all associated administrative tasks to ensure complete documentation and requirements for Immigration and social security are provided to authorities timely and in order
- Act as single point of contact for assignees and project teams to handle mobilization of Aramco projects to assigned location
- Advise assignees and management on Governmental and internal policies and procedures regarding international transfers and immigration and social security requirements.
- Support business travellers with obtaining appropriate visa
- Provide administrative support with invoice processing, system updates etc.

- Support the management of contracts relevant to international HR operations. This includes planning, coordinating, supervising & vendor performance review activities related to major third-party contracts such as visa and immigration providers

- Experience in organizing immigration procedures for expat employees and their families
- Knowledge of Immigration procedures & related administrative support
- Ability to manage external vendors and stakeholders
- Experience of International assignment management and with secondment assignments
- Experience with Success Factors would be beneficial
- Ability to network and maintain professional relationships
Functional Specific Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, MBA, International Business or related field).
- Excellent English, both written and verbally
- Excellent MS office skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices (Preferred).
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of work experience in HR, preferably in multinational environment.
- Candidates with the legal right to work within the European region are preferred.
