Goal

Advise AOC's Managing Director and Management Team on matters related to AOC's strategic direction and objectives, and ensure AOC services are compliant with the needs of Saudi Aramco

Key Responsibilities

Advises and supports AOC's Managing Director and/or Management Team to ensure effectiveness of current business practices and makes recommendations for sustainable change
Performs value added analyses and research in support of AOC's strategic objectives and provides input for the development of AOC's strategic direction, goals and objectives and advises the Managing Director and/or AOC Management on related matters
Identifies and evaluates business opportunities for AOC and SA
Monitors strategy implementation and suggests improvements to reach strategic goals
Supports the implementation of new policies, services and processes
Monitors and executes organizational campaigns and change processes
Prepares presentations and other documentation on behalf of the Managing Director as required
Ensures AOC services are compliant with the needs of Saudi Aramco and major customers
Coordinates quarterly and other periodic strategic reviews and MIS meetings
Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Managing Director or Senior Team member

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business or industry related discipline
Excellent English skills, both written and verbally
Excellent strategic insight and financial acumen within global perspective
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 are with AOC or affiliated companies
