General Profile
Job Description: Quality Assurance Assessor
Goals:
Evaluate Quality Management System (QMS) of Aramco Europe Suppliers in order to:
1. Verify compliance and capability of Suppliers' QMS to meet Aramco and Industry requirements,
2. Monitor Supplier's performance and take appropriate action to mitigate risks to Quality.
3. Be an agent of performance improvement to ensure the delivery of zero-defect materials, equipment, and services intended to Aramco.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct assessments of the vendor’s Quality Management System at Supplier facility in order to verify compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, Supplier Quality Management System, Aramco Specifications, and other applicable industry/quality standards (e.g., API 5L etc.).
• Report assessment results and provide qualification approval recommendations.
• Follow up and verify the satisfactory closure of assessment findings.
• Monitor Supplier's performance metrics and take appropriate action to mitigate risks to quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and monitor the implementation of recovery/corrective actions on quality deficiencies identified during product/service provision or after delivery.
• Support Quality Control and Project Quality Monitoring Engineers in tasks such as Pre-Inspection meetings, In Process / Final inspections, Review of Product Certification records, etc.

• Regular with Suppliers, and Aramco Quality, Procurement, and Technical teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent English skills both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in quality assurance and control areas.
• IRCA recognized Auditor Training on ISO 9001:2015.
• IRCA registration for Lead Auditor is preferable.
• Proven track record in performing audits as per ISO 9001:2015.
• Knowledgeable on design and manufacturing activities.
• Knowledgeable on key Petrochemical and Oil & Gas commodities like Mechanical Equipment (e.g., Static, Valves, Pumps, Compressors, etc.), Electrical Equipment (e.g., Motors, Generators, etc.), Skid mounted equipment Instrumentation etc.
• Familiar with Aramco Specifications and other International Standards (e.g., API, NACE, ASME, ISO etc.).
