Goal
We are looking for a Quality Management Engineer (Valves Commodity) in Quality Management Division at Aramco Europe headquarter in The Hague, Netherland.
Functional Specific Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibility:
• Manages and coordinates inspection services at Aramco approved suppliers within Aramco Europe geographical area of operations and ensure vendors and manufacturers comply with applicable quality standards to deliver zero-defect materials to Saudi Aramco facilities.
• Perform Inspection of material purchased by Saudi Aramco, by review material and test certificates as well as inspection reports for compliance with purchase order requirements.
• Qualify, coordinate, direct and monitor the quality monitoring services provided by third-party contract Inspection Agencies, contractors and their employees.
• Provide technical support to manufacturers and Saudi Aramco in matters related to Quality.
• Plan and perform the assessment of the Quality Management System of the manufacturing plants to verify compliance with quality standards; Align with the technical department approval recommendation.
• Responsible for the continuous evaluation of Aramco Europe / Saudi Aramco supplier’s quality performance by collecting and analyzing data from SAP System.
• Contribution to enhance Saudi Aramco material standards through continues review process.
• Contribution to enhance quality standards by issuing lessons learned, quality alerts.
• Provide quality solutions and inspection best practices.
• Build a network of partnerships to have access to inspection solutions, inspection technologies, know-how, and best practices.
• Contribution in investigation for the equipment deficiency reported from Aramco operations.
• To provide support to quality assurance department for quality assessment at supplier location.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Supervisor or Senior Team member.
Functional Specific Requirements
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry,
• Candidates shall have experience with valve commodity in engineering, manufacturing, quality and inspection processes
• Candidates shall have hands on knowledge of valve design, manufacturing and testing international standards.
• International Individual Certifications such as API, ASME, AWS, CSWIP, NACE, and IRCA 9001:2015 are a plus.
• Good command in MS Office, preferable familiar with SAP
