Key Responsibilities
Functional Specific Responsibilities
Role:
- Procure services contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Function as a focal point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Draft contracts
- Review terms and conditions and align with law department
- Issue RFPs
- Negotiate with bidder’s commercial proposals
- Determine acceptability of quotations received are met customer’s specifications, provisions and conditions, prepare bid summaries where necessary
- Create contracts in SAP systems
- Ensure all necessary accompanying documentation of the contracts are correct and compliance with all internal review parties
- Conduct hands on approach to resolve complex problems which are adversely affecting the efficiency, cost effectiveness and overall performance of Contracting activities
- Ensure the procurement of contracts within set time frame
- Manage customer’s expectation
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports
- Be responsible for a small portion of administration duties, including contract filing and tracking of incoming requests and completed procurements
Functional Specific Requirements
Required working experience:
- min 3-5 year
- required academic background: min. Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in business/corporate Law, business administration, economics, procurement/supply chain or closely related field. Master degree or equivalent is a plus.
