Internship Overview:
We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the development of data tools and market intelligence capabilities within our marketing and analysis team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates with a strong interest in data analytics, energy markets, and digital tools.
Scope of Work – Main activities:
Crude Flow Monitoring Tool
• Assist in building a monitoring tool using APIs from Vortexa, KPLER, and Commodities at Sea.
• Support data integration and help assess the reliability of different data sources.
Arabian Grades Sales Dashboard
• Contribute to the development of a dashboard tracking Arabian crude sales in Europe.
• Participate in Phase 1 completion and support implementation of Phase 2 enhancements.
Market Intelligence Tool
• Help design a tool to collect and organize market intelligence.
• Explore the use of AI-based analysis for internal reporting and insights.
Process Automation
• Support automation of selected marketing analysis workflows using external data sources (e.g., IEA, EIA, market pricing APIs).
• Assist in scripting and testing automation processes.

Skills and requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Python or another programming language.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Interest in energy markets and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
