Goal

Provide technical support to AOC emp loyees in order to ensure a safe and healthy work environment and proper functioning of syst ems and networks

Key Responsibilities

Contracts management:

  • Oversee and manage all contractual agreements ensuring contracts are compliant with company policies and relevant laws
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records
  • Manage the end-to-end tender process, including the preparation, review and submission of tenders
  • Liaise with AOC UK Contracting Unit to support the evaluation of any tender submissions, negotiating terms, and making recommendations for contract awards
  • Identify potential risks in contract terms and develop mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure ongoing compliance and address any emerging risks

Service Level Agreements:

  • Develop, review, and oversee inter-company SLAs to ensure they meet operational needs and compliance standards
  • Monitor SLA performance and work with the Head of department to address any issues or discrepancies

 

Qualifications/Attributes

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the oil industry or a service facing environment
  • Strong knowledge of contract management
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SAP Ariba is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
