Job Description

Our services include in-depth technology advice and support in established and emerging sectors of oil, gas and energy, as well as finance, HR, legal, PR and communications.
Our Marketing Services & Logistics team in London are currently looking for a team member. Its new Business Assistant will manage the administrative function for the Director and the Marketing & Logistics team. 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Provide administrative assistance to the team and assist in the general operation to maintain quality and effectiveness, creating agendas, meeting packs and calendar invitations etc.
•    Handle telephone/email/personal enquiries and advise accordingly, referring more complex matters to the appropriate professional.
•    Maintain records and/or files as required.
•    Undertake various event planning activities, booking venues, taxis, catering, etc.
•    Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the Director.

Requirements:

•    Vocational Education - Degree
•    Minimum of 4 years of experience in Administration or other support function, ideally in a Marketing and/or Oil & Gas environment, though not necessary.
•    Excellent Microsoft office skills, including Teams tools.
•    Excellent English skills, both written and verbally.
•    Strong time management, organisation, and excellent attention to details.
•    The ability to take initiative, be accountable and a sense of urgency are a minimum requirement.
