• Role description

  We are looking for an experienced Controlling Specialist who will act as a key advisor supporting both strategic and operational decision‑making within the business unit. If you have strong analytical skills, can translate data into actionable business recommendations, and enjoy having a real impact on organizational development, this role is for you.

   

   

  Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the organization in decision‑making through reliable financial analyses and clear business recommendations.
  • Building and implementing controlling processes.
  • Co‑creating financial plans (budgets, forecasts, long‑range plans) and conducting variance analyses.
  • Assessing the profitability of projects (CAPEX/OPEX), including scenario modeling and ROI analysis.
  • Identifying operational and cost‑improvement areas and initiating optimization actions.
  • Closely collaborating with operations, planning teams, and central controlling.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

  Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, finance, or business analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of management accounting and cost analysis.
  • Ability to build financial models and conduct scenario analyses.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Proactive attitude, independence, and the ability to present conclusions clearly and in a business‑oriented way.
  • Good command of English.
