Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain processes, including feedstock/biocomponents procurement planning, logistics, and inventory management, to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and forecast supply and demand trends to optimize production planning and minimize disruptions.
• Work with internal teams on constant improvement in production optimisation, healthy balancing of fuel and non-fuel products.
• Support in developing SCM process strategies for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Use data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for SCM management.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and/or creation of digital tools and automation to enhance supply chain operations.
• Carry out “make or buy” calculations to support balancing decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis is a plus, preferably in the oil refining or energy sector but this is not a qualifying criterion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAP).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of global supply chain trends and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of English language (B2/C1)
• Familiarity with sustainability and regulatory compliance in the oil refining sector is a plus.
