REQUIREMENTS:

higher education degree;

fluent command of English, both spoken and written;

at least 1 year of professional experience;

practical knowledge of project management methodologies and project portfolio management;

knowledge of the energy and fuel sector; knowledge of renewable energy (biofuels, hydrogen, biomethane) is an advantage;

familiarity with investment project assessment tools is an advantage;

practical knowledge of MS Project and Jira is an advantage;

ability to create clear and effective presentations (MS PowerPoint) and reports;

strong analytical and logical thinking skills;

ability to synthesize and interpret data;

effective time management skills.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

administration and monitoring of the company’s project portfolio;

cooperation with other departments supporting the execution of strategic projects;

preparation of presentations in English using PowerPoint;

advisory support and development of guidelines for planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects and initiatives within the organization;

ongoing cooperation with organizational units of the company regarding corporate projects;

supporting the sustainability strategy development.
