Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Modeling Expert to join our FP&A team. This role is critical in developing and maintaining financial models, supporting planning and forecasting processes, and delivering high‑quality insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

You will work in an international environment, interacting with both financial and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models (P&L, cash flow, business scenarios)
• Analyze variances between plan, forecast, and actuals and recommend corrective actions
• Identify and monitor key business drivers and KPIs
• Perform scenario analyses
• Act as a Finance Business Partner supporting operational and strategic decisions
• Prepare management presentations, analyses, and recommendations
• Contribute to the development of planning and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, SAC)

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in FP&A / controlling / financial modeling
• Strong expertise in financial modeling (Excel and/or planning tools)
• Experience working with large datasets and scenario-based modelling
• Ability to translate financial data into business insights
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and reporting tools is an advantage
• Fluent English
