REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in economics, finance, business, engineering, energy, or a related field;
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written;
• At least one year of relevant professional experience;
• Practical knowledge of project management and project portfolio management, including project planning, monitoring, risk tracking, and status reporting;
• Understanding of fuel and energy markets and relevant EU and Polish regulations, particularly RED III and sustainability requirements;
• Knowledge of renewable and low-carbon fuels, particularly biofuels and RFNBOs;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market, regulatory, and project data;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Project, Jira, or portfolio management tools is an advantage;
• Good organization, attention to detail, and ability to prepare clear, management-ready materials.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor fuel and energy markets, including regulatory developments, competitive dynamics, supply-demand trends, and business opportunities;
• Assess EU and Polish fuel-sector regulations, with particular emphasis on RED III, biofuels, renewable transport fuels, and RFNBOs;
• Prepare market, strategic, benchmarking, and scenario analyses to support management decisions;
• Administer and monitor the project portfolio, consolidating project status, risks, and performance data;
• Coordinate with business units on the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic projects;
• Prepare concise, management-ready reports, analyses, and presentations in English;
