Responsibilities:
Actively working with project teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
Identifying and managing information security risks.
Working with information security teams within the capital group to harmonize security standards.
Implement and update internal information security standards and policies.
Organize educational campaigns and initiatives to raise employee awareness of cyber threats and best practices.
Cooperating with the compliance team on compliance with legal regulations and internal security policies.
Requirements:
Experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a corporate or project environment.
Knowledge of information security standards and norms (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS).
Ability to work in a project team and communicate risks in a way that is understandable to business stakeholders.
Knowledge of compliance and personal data protection (GDPR) issues.
Certifications welcome: CISSP, CompTIA Security+.
